Blackroll myofascial release

Procedure goal

Myofascial release combines the possibilities of massage, subtle full-body coordination, static resting postures, and gentle distributed attention to your state here and now.

After consulting with a specialist, a patient can start training. In our work, we use rigid BLACKROLL foam rollers both for myofascial treatment and for strength and coordination exercises. Training with BLACKROLL ensures that all movements are anatomically proper and that interaction between individual muscle groups is harmonious and gentle to the joints.

Procedure effect

1. The nervous system is retrained for more convenient, resource-filled, effortless patterns of every movement (including routine ones: moving in the city, car, apartment; interaction with small children).;

2. “Myofascial relaxation” of the body occurs:

  • Through slow movements and gentle action on the pressure and tension receptors, tensions and spasms from the fascia (connective tissue) go away;
  • Self-massage helps unload large superficial muscles;
  • The balance exercises activate the deep stabilizer muscles of the spine (which should be responsible for the ease of holding our posture and static positions during the day).
