Procedure goal
Exercise therapy doctor's consultation is carried out in order to assess the physical condition and compile a set of individually selected exercises.
The method is based on the body's natural biological functionality—movement. At the appointment, the exercise therapy doctor examines the patient. They ask the patient about past injuries and pain syndromes; conducts functional tests to learn about physical fitness; measures muscle tone and joint range of motion; and assesses proper movement patterns.
After the examination, the doctor creates a personalized recovery program, taking into account individual characteristics and your wishes, and monitors the training sessions.
