Procedure goal
Trainings by the NEURAC procedure (neuromuscular activation) on the REDCORD suspension system (Norway) were proposed by physiotherapists and doctors in Norway in 1991 and have been successfully used in Europe and other countries for over 20 years.
The Neurac Method is treatment aimed at restoring functional and painless movement patterns by means of high-level neuromuscular stimulation. Neurac treatment focuses on muscle interactions and the cause of problems, rather than just symptoms.
Being in the position of an unstable support modeled by the doctor with the help of the suspended system, the body activates the muscles that malfunction or do not work due to musculoskeletal disorders. As a result, the optimal motor stereotype is restored.
Therapy starts with a thorough examination to assess functional capabilities, identify muscular disbalances and weaknesses. After that, an individual set of exercises is prepared to correct the revealed violations and weaknesses.

Contraindications
- Conditions after spinal surgery with the formation of ankylosis;
- Acute injuries with rupture of tendons and muscles;
- Diseases of the cardiovascular, respiratory systems, decompensation of liver and kidney diseases;
- Oncological diseases of the spine and joints.
