Procedure goal
Exercise therapy doctor's consultation is carried out in order to assess the physical condition and compile a set of individually selected exercises. The doctor's consultation is supplemented by neuromuscular diagnostics on the innovative unstable platform with biofeedback Huber 360, which allows assessing the range of movements, strength of muscle groups, stability, stability, and limitation of mobility.
The method is based on the body's natural biological functionality—movement. At the appointment, the exercise therapy doctor examines the patient. They ask the patient about past injuries and pain syndromes; conducts functional tests to learn about physical fitness; measures muscle tone and joint range of motion; and assesses proper movement patterns.
After the examination, the doctor performs neuromuscular diagnostics on the innovative unstable platform with biofeedback Huber 360 to assess the range of movements, strength of muscle groups, stability, resistance, and limitation of mobility. The uniqueness of the Huber 360 system is in biofeedback sensors that completely individualize the process of diagnostics and training, contributing to the construction of new correct movement patterns, reinforcing them by the formation of new neural networks. A combination of a rehabilitation approach with a neurophysiological methodology provides quick results and boosts training efficiency.
After the examination, the doctor creates a personalized recovery program, taking into account individual characteristics and your wishes, and monitors the training sessions.
